The Rose’s event of the year

Monday 11th & Tuesday 12th November 2019 + Sunday before and Wednesday after optional

Our first event at this exciting new venue in 2018 was a great success with everyone saying how wonderful is the Dumbleton Hall Hotel. It is a truly magnificent traditional Manor House with fabulous interior features, set in 19 acres of stunning­ gardens, including woodland and a lake. It is situated in the beautiful Cotswolds countryside just 7 miles from Evesham on the border between Worcestershire and Gloucestershire with the larger historic towns of Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and Worcester all within 20 miles.

Martine has organised events for 30 years at several locations but we feel our first at Dumbleton Hall Hotel last year was our best yet. We a very excited to be returning in 2019 and we are expecting a high demand for the limited number of rooms available.

Because the Dumbleton Hall Hotel is an extremely popular venue for weekend weddings, we are only able to get weekday dates for our event. And this year we have decided to have wedding theme for our event with Yasmine and Karen renewing their vows of their wonderful wedding that they had in Whitby 2015.

Some of the above is subject to confirmation and the scheduling may vary. A full programme will be released nearer the date. We would appreciate any offers of anything you might be able to do to provide some sort of service or entertainment for our proceedings. A singer/pianist (there is a piano) would be most welcome.

Dinners:
Our dinners will be in the main banqueting room with large round tables. This room also has a dance floor and is where we will have our entertainment and disco. There will be a complimentary pre-dinner glass of Prosecco for each guest for the Monday and Tuesday evening dinners.

Dinner and Evening Entertainment Only:
If you would like to join us for dinner and the evening entertainment only without accommodation at the hotel, this is available for £35 per person. Please email Martine.

Number of nights:
The principle days for our events will be the Monday and Tuesday. But many of our guests like to come the day before to settle in and/or have an extra day after to chill out and relax in the wonderful ambience of Dumbleton Hall and its grounds or visit places of interest in the area.

The total cost includes bed and breakfast, evening meals, entertainments (disco, etc.), and administration charges.

The deposit (non-refundable) is payable upon booking.

The balance of payment must be paid by 21st September, 2019. A reminder will be sent about two weeks before this.

Cancellations: Once the hotel has received full payment, it may only be refundable if the place can be refilled.

SUPPLEMENTS PER ROOM PER NIGHT
Single room: £10 (but there are only two)

Single occupancy of a standard double/twin room: £20
There are a limited number of rooms we can offer for single occupancy initially but we may be able to make more available after 1st September if we haven't allocated all rooms by then.

Superior Rooms: £20 (double or family rooms only)

Feature Rooms: £25 (two double rooms only)

ROOM TYPES

All rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor (lift available) and are en-suite with shower and/or bath. They all include complimentary toiletries, hospitality tray, internal and direct dial telephone, flatscreen TV and hairdryer.

Superior Rooms have a high degree of comfort and elegant modern styling and also have an Espresso coffee maker, a mini-cooler with bottled water and executive toiletries.

Feature Rooms: There are just two feature rooms which are larger with a sitting area and one of them has a four-poster bed. They also have a safe.

Coming Alone:
If you are coming alone, rather than select a single room or single occupancy, you might like to consider sharing a twin-bedded room with another. Not only will this save you the cost of the supplement, many first-timers take this option as having a room mate can be very helpful. If you don’t have anyone in mind, we may be able to allocate someone.
